Classy Levin mare Cinder Bella will kick off her autumn campaign in the $100,000 Auto Auctions Weight-for-age (1400m) at Trentham next week.
Trainer Karen Zimmerman said Cinder Bella had been back in work for 2 1/2 months and had made excellent progress.
The Victory Dance mare has not raced since winning the group one Captain Cook Stakes (1600m) at Trentham at Labour Weekend.
Zimmerman planned to give her a 1000-metre trial at Foxton yesterday but that had been disrupted by the postponement of the trials until tomorrow.
Plans beyond the Auto Auctions are still up in the air with the mare's connections waiting anxiously to see which direction crack mare Sunline takes.
Zimmerman had always planned to take Cinder Bella to Sydney for the A$460,000 Coolmore Classic (1500m) at Rosehill on March 24.
But she would not be contesting that race if Sunline was in the field as had been suggested.
Zimmerman has not ruled out tackling the $A2.5 million Doncaster Handicap (1600m).
