But there's good news for Poppy fans - the bubbly yoga instructor says there's someone new and "amazing" in her life now.
We caught up with her as she exited the mansion.
NZ Herald: Are you sad to have left The Bachelor NZ?
Poppy: No, and yes. Arthur and the girls are awesome and I will miss them but it was hard getting all done up every day!
Did you enter the show expecting to find 'the one'?
I entered expecting a fun and different experience with a potential opportunity to meet someone! I don't know if I believe in the one?
Is Art Green as nice as he seems?
He's charming and goofy.
How did all the girls get along when the cameras weren't around? Was there any cattiness?
There was tension on a few occasions but we all were interested in each others lives and respected each others differences.
Did anything happen on the show that you wish hadn't been cut for TV?
Yes! I taught Matilda how to dive! Not Arthur!
Or did anything make it to air that you wish hadn't?
No - I was portrayed accurately and I have had so many comments about my 'realness' and being relatable, so I'm happy.
What's the best piece of behind-the-scenes goss you can give us?
After the third rose ceremony I ran from wardrobe up to my room in my spanx (huge sucking in undies) and to my horror turned around to see Arthur behind me on the stairs!
Have you found love since your time on The Bachelor?
There is someone pretty amazing in my life now.
