Grow HR consultant Mandy Cartwright has become a director after six years with the company, replacing founding director Murray Cowan.
Grow HR director and co-founder Dave Robb said her appointment was part of an orderly succession.
"She became a shareholder three years ago and in a planned move she now joins the board reflecting her continued growth and development," he said.
"Our philosophy is that Grow HR shareholders and directors are actively involved in the business, and we couldn't be more pleased to see our succession plan working so well.
"We'll definitely miss working with Murray, and I know that his next business venture will also be a real success."
Mr Cowan said the Grow HR team of eight, servicing 650 clients, was in good shape,
"I have had an amazing experience, starting Grow HR back in 2005," he said.
"I have achieved everything that I set out to, and now it's time for me to do something different.
"Working with my colleagues, clients and business partners has been an absolute privilege."
New consultant Kerry Goldfinch also joins the company after two years as a senior HR manager.
