Royal Collection Enterprises, which sells official Royal mementoes, sold out of its range of chinaware commemorating Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge's daughter's birth on May 2 last year.
Its annual accounts reveal that online sales of Royal souvenirs doubled and exceeded £1million for the first time.
The proportion of sales of memorabilia marking the Princess was not revealed.
But accounts for the Royal Collection Trust, which owns Royal Collection Enterprises, state that her birth was a factor in the "significant" increase.
