Kiwi comedian Rose Matafeo is crushing it in the UK, appearing on a hugely popular panel show alongside some of Britain's most celebrated comedians.
Matafeo was a guest on the latest episode of Have I Got News for You, a BBC comedy show which follows a similar format to New Zealand's Seven Days.
The up and comer was joined by guest judge and legendary comic David Mitchell, as well as the regular cast including team captains Paul Merton and Ian Hislop.
Have I Got News has been a regular fixture on the BBC since it began in 1990 and has been known to push the envelope when it comes to satire and comedic boundaries.
Mitchell tweeted about the episode yesterday, and Matafeo's inclusion was celebrated by many on Twitter.
"WOOP! love rose matafeo [sic]," tweeted one user, while another tagged Matafeo saying she was "brilliant" on the panel.
Matafeo is living in London with her comedian boyfriend James Acaster, returning to Auckland earlier in the year to shoot the second season of Funny Girls, a sketch show comedy featuring a number of up and coming young comedians.
Fellow Kiwi comedian Guy Williams tweeted in support of his friend, saying she was on the show "hosted by god dang DAVID MITCHELL. So good! NZ media, turn this tweet into an article NOW! [sic]."
You're welcome, Guy.
