David Broome's son James came to the nation's attention lately with his impassioned speech against protesters on Anzac Day.
James has copped a bit of flak for his comments and his dad admits that his son did get a bit "ranty". However Broome Senior believes James was just expressing what a lot of people felt on the day, and he's pleased he got the attention of the media who were focussed on the protesters rather than Anzac Day commemorations.
