Castlecliff's Tyler Lock continued his good form and rivalry with Manawatu's Josh Munn at the 2014 Kapi Tareha in Hawke's Bay at the weekend.
At Napier's amateur open, played as a 72-hole stroke play over four rounds, Lock finished runner-up with a combined score of 293, after shooting rounds of 76 73 71 73.
Munn, runner-up to Lock at the Ricoh Wanganui Golf Open at Belmont on August 24, reversed the order with victory off a combined 285, with rounds of 71 69 75 70. Palmerston North's Rhys Harold was third with 297, on a countback with Marton's Lachie McDonald on 297.
