The Rotary Club of Wanganui has taken delivery of its 2016 calendar and is hoping it will emulate last year's project in terms of raising funds for community projects.
Last year's calendar raised $15,000 for Rotary projects and charities, as well as promoting local artists.
This year, the calendar has its own website, which is an easy way to show and promote the calendar, as well as providing a way of ordering copies online.
The calendars retail for $15 and are being sold through Rotary clubs around the country, at Chronicle Glass and at the River Traders Market from November 7.
Club president Lei Graham said the project was supported by a number of major sponsors and works supplied by artists from Artists Open Studios Whanganui and Wanganui Camera Club.
The 12 featured artists are Pauline Allomes, Marie Grice, David Traub, Esther Newrick, Chris Gibson, Raewyne Green, Richard Cotgrove, Katie Brown, Matt Dutton, Christine Haber, Ray Anderson and Rita Dibert.
Ms Graham said the project was a "fantastic collaboration" between the community and Rotary, creating a calendar that would keep giving to the community.
She said businesses could personalise the calendars with their own banner along the bottom as gifts to clients.
