Prison is inevitable for a man with 13 breaches of bail, 32 offences committed while on bail and nine pages of convictions, Judge Dugald Matheson said in the Whanganui District Court on Tuesday.
Ted Tahiti Morrell admitted driving while disqualified a third or subsequent time in Porirua and pleaded not guilty to aggravated robbery.
A trial for the aggravated robbery charge was set down for June 19. An application for electronic bail was denied.
Morrell was remanded until May 31 for sentencing on the disqualified driving charge.
Judge Matheson said it was Morrell's 12th conviction for disqualified driving.
